Excellent location, airport shuttle, comfortable bed and air conditioning, excellent breakfast, excellent value for money.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, close to key attractions. the breakfast was excellent with a friendly breakfast staff that made the whole experience really enjoyable. the shuttle service was an extra plus point.

The check-in process was not smooth and it was frustrating to be told my online payment had failed, even though I had paid. the room was basic, small, and lacked soundproofing, which made it noisy at times.

For a hotel that's reasonably priced, this place delivered a great experience. the staff were very friendly and always available to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were cosy and comfortable, especially the bed. Lastly, the breakfast was fantastic and had a range of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the coffee and croissants!
